The FAUN Zoeller Crane Solutions are designed for clients who are looking to move a proportion of their waste collection to larger communal bins. These Underground, Semi Underground, and above ground containers can be specified to 5m3 in volume. This system has always been a popular solution for our clients on the continent, as one of the key benefits is the reduction in the frequency of collection. The aesthetics of the bins, and the space they take up are also great benefits in new Developments and community Regeneration projects.

Our Crane Solutions offer you a Refuse Collection Vehicle for every operation. Chassis or Body mounted Cranes can be specified to mount to your chosen chassis, along with a range of different body volumes ranging from 15m3 – 20m3.

Operation is easy with automatic deploying stabilisers, and remote operation controls meaning your operatives can carry out the operation in the safest position.

Integration with existing fleet is made easy, as our Crane Solutions use the market leading Variopress Refuse Collection Vehicle Body.

Our clients often require their vehicles to collect several different waste types, including General Domestic, Garden, Food and a range of other recyclables including Paper, Card, Glass, Metals and Plastics. Flexibility is key. Fraction Optimised Compaction means that our Crane Solution Refuse Collection Vehicle has the ability to intelligently compact the waste to utilise the full volume of the body, while ensuring the best possible payload.

The latest Variopress Refuse Collection Vehicles have had recent design improvements, which mean you can achieve an additional 1m3 of body volume without changing the physical dimensions of the body and vehicle as a whole. It also benefits from the strong and durable construction of the Variopress body, giving you excellent payload capacity, regardless of the waste streams.

The Tailgate area can also be configured to include our integrated Bin Lifts, meaning you can collect conventional wheeled bins on the same vehicle. The process of changing the vehicle from a Crane operation to a wheeled bin collection takes a matter of seconds. With the bin lift option, the vehicle can also be used as an open back vehicle. Providing you with ultimate flexibility.

In February 2021 we were delighted in being awarded a place on the APSE Underground Solutions Framework together with Liverpool City Council. This Framework offers you solutions on every aspect of this type of waste collection.
