FZUK has announced the promotion of Rob Yates to National Business Manager, recognising his outstanding performance and dedication during his tenure as Regional Business Manager. 

Rob’s progression is a testament to FZUK’s longstanding belief in developing talent from within the same philosophy that has seen other senior leaders, including Commercial Director Ben Lord, rise through the ranks of the business. 

Having built his expertise and reputation at a regional level, Rob Yates now steps into a national remit, taking responsibility for commercial development across the UK. His deep understanding of the market, built through direct customer engagement and regional operations, positions him well to lead at scale. 

Reflecting on his new role, Rob said: “I’m delighted to be stepping into this position at such a dynamic time for FZUK.
