The BLUEPOWER truck is an emission free truck used for waste disposal and delivering transport, being able to contain sixteen kilograms (700 bar) of hydrogen. With over one hundred and fifty BLUEPOWER vehicles having been deployed demonstrating that the use of hydrogen is constantly growing and the impact we are having on the future of transport. 

We only have just two customers with our unique BLUEPOWER truck. So here is Cabinet member for the Environment and Transport at St Helens Council, Andy Bowden, giving his thoughts on the impact BLUEPOWER has had on their existing fleet and the working relationship with FAUN Zoeller.

We are the first Borough in the country to have waste recycling vehicle powered by hydrogen, so making sure it works right, the relationships, the conversations that go on between ourselves and the company are ongoing, are clear and transparent and honest with each other about how its working for us and how it is working in helping develop the product for future use and development in the future.”
